The Hazen 2025 holographic calendar is a technological milestone. Our calendar utilizes an unmatched array of environmentally sound technology; from polymer science and optical physics to transfer metallization and source reduction. All of this technology and manufacturing prowess was derived under one roof, operating 24 hours per day, within our Holyoke Campus.
 
The “Time-Traveler” incorporates more state-of-the-art technology in one location than any other holographer, metallizer, or laminator in the world. The groundbreaking advancement in holographic technology and paper converting, exclusive to Hazen Paper, will be impactful for many decades to come.
 
The “Time-Traveler” is a large format bespoke hologram in which we transfer laminate our Envirofoil® to paper cover stock. Hazen’s Envirofoil® process makes this extraordinary calendar as recyclable as paper. The holographic layer on the surface of the paper is only 1 micron in depth. The average human hair is more than 50 microns. The calendar is then printed via UV Litho or digitally in Holyoke.
 
There is no other vertically integrated laminator in North America that originates and embosses holographic media in-house (includes film coating and metallizing).
